All book prices listed on our website are accurate at the time of publication. We sell a curated mix of New and Pre-loved books. The exact status and condition of pre-loved books are clearly detailed on each product page so you can purchase with full confidence.

2. SHIPPING & COLLECTION POLICY

We offer two convenient fulfillment options for our South African readers:

• Free Local Collection: Orders can be collected for free from our designated collection point in Windsor Park, Kraaifontein, Cape Town. We will contact you via email or WhatsApp to arrange a convenient collection time once your order is processed.
• Flat-Rate Courier Delivery: We offer reliable door-to-door delivery across South Africa for a flat fee of R80. Delivery typically takes 2 to 5 business days from dispatch.

3. RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your reading material! Our return policy stands for 14 days from receipt of your books:

• Pre-loved Books: Because pre-loved items are sold based on the detailed condition notes provided on the product page, returns are only accepted if a book has a major undisclosed defect (such as missing pages).
• New Books: Returns are accepted within 14 days if the book remains in pristine, unread, and resalable condition.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund directly to your original payment method via PayFast. The customer is responsible for return courier costs unless the item was sent in error or was incorrectly described.

4. PRIVACY & COOKIE POLICY

Your privacy matters to us. We securely collect and process your name, email, phone number, and delivery address solely to process your bookstore orders and generate your transaction invoices.
